Founder /Executive Director
RHONDA WILSON BA LPN
Black Nurses Buffalo Inc. is an organization founded to provide a safe space in the Buffalo area for Black nurses to collaborate and grow. I am proud to have been the founder and past president of this organization, as it has been able to make a real difference in the community.
We have provided a scholarship fund of 17,500 dollars, to deserving nursing students. Additionally, I have been honored with the 2021 Black Achiever award for my work with Black Nurses Buffalo Inc. We are proud of our accomplishments and continue to strive to make an impact.

Mentor Program Chair, Past Vice President
TINEKA PACE BSN RN CCM
Tineka holds a BS in Nursing as well as a BA in African American Studies both from the University at Buffalo. She also holds a post-graduate certificate in Nursing Leadership and Executive Change from Daemen College and is a CCM Certified Case Manager. Tineka created and implemented the mentor program for BBN.

Tameka Felts MBA, BSN
Tameka Felts is a Registered Nurse she obtained both degrees from Niagara University. Tameka is currently employed with Schoelkopf Health Center where is holding a position as there Infection Control and Inservice Coordinator. Tameka has 20 years experience in nursing field. She has held various positions in mental health, hospice care, and dialysis. Tameka is a BLS CPR Instructor and is a Certified Nurse Educator for CNA students.

DR. WILLA ARNET DNP, AG-NP, ANP-C
Dr. Willa Arnet, has over 22 years of experience in providing medical care in a variety of settings. Although her specialty is in geriatrics, she also enjoys teaching health promotion and disease prevention with her patients. Dr. Arnet has recently embarked on her new private practice that provides health management in the home. Willa has actively lead community service events and formally served as Assistant Treasurer of Black Nurses Rock Buffalo.

Kendra Campbell RN
Kendra obtained her Nursing degree from Trocaire College. She is currently working in the Home Care setting as the Lead Nursing Supervisor at Aftercare Nursing Services. Kendra has 12 years experience in the Nursing field, and has worked in a variety of specialty Nursing including Pediatric Care, Hospice Care, Acute Care, Mental Health, Longterm Care, etc. Kendra is proud to service her community in her current position.

TIFFANY ANDERSON MSN RN
Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Management and Quality leadership from D’Youville University. She will complete her MBA in December 2023. She has over 15 years’ experience in the nursing profession in a variety of areas from critical care, pharmacy nursing, and clinical management, and specializes in community care. She spearheaded the PACT program for Roswell Park and is the current Director of Home-Based Care services. In 2023, she was nominated as Western New York Nurse of Distinction.

Laquita Dawkins, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Laquita is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who obtained her masters degree from D’youville University. Laquita has 9 years experience working as a registered nurse in a variety of health care settings. She is currently working as a nurse educator at a local college.

DR. CHAR'LESE PERRY PMHNP
Dr. Char’lese Perry, PMHNP is a doctorate prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Graduating from SUNY Buffalo in 2015, she is currently working as a provider on a local adult inpatient psychiatric unit. In addition, she services clients through an assertive community treatment (ACT) team. Dr. Perry is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.

Treasurer
Latina Abram RN
Latina Abram, Registered Nurse obtained her degree from Trocaire College. Latina is currently working as a Lead Registered Nurse for Evergreen Health Services. While Currently working in Primary and Specialty Care, Latina has served patients in Dialysis Acute Care as well as Geriatric Acute and Longterm Care settings.
